Biography

John is the lead partner having founded the firm in 1991. Born in Quincy, Massachusetts, he decided to start his legal career in New Hampshire after graduating from Franklin Pierce Law Center, now the University of New Hampshire. He quickly developed an expertise in real estate and is now recognized throughout central and southern New Hampshire for his creative problem solving and deal making skills. He is sought after as an outside-the-box land use attorney. His practice includes real estate development, tax abatements, commercial and business litigation.

John has devoted significant energy to his community having served in numerous leadership positions on a number of boards including the New Hampshire Apartment Association, the New Hampshire Auto Dealers Association, the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission, and the Manchester Police Commission. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Catholic Medical Center.

He is a sought-after speaker to various trade associations on real estate taxation, real estate and association management. He has taught at Southern New Hampshire University and Franklin Pierce College.
